Presley and Baby Laura playing in the sand. Baby finally has a name after all of these years!! And she is not Presley's baby, she is my 4th baby. Presley just takes care of her.
Bentley is still doing great in school!
One day when we were picking up Presley, it was raining. Bentley kept his window down but his umbrella up.
Kiley wearing one of her new birthday outfits!
One Saturday we drove down South to celebrate my friend, Trisha's husband for being promoted to Lt. Colonel in the Marines. She threw a nice party for him and it was fun to see everyone.
We brought the kids home some military figurines from the part. They inspired Guy got his figurines out and the kids loved it!
Yes, Bentley thinks he is super cool drinking out of a "can" like Daddie does.
A beautiful sunset at Marmee & Guy's...
Bentley has been playing Indoor Soccer during the Winter League. He runs non stop during the indoor games. We had to stop to air up our tire and get some lunch on the way home and Bentley fell asleep. He and Daddie were both exhausted after that game!
Presley invited Grampy to the Veterans Assembly at her school for Veteran's Day.
Mikey and I took a selfie with the Super Moon.
One night, I had a girls night and Kiley spent the night with Grammy and Grampy, so Presley and Bentley had some special time with Daddie. They went to the park.
And then Daddie setup a Tailgate/Bonfire!!
Pizza for dinner.
And a little entertainment.
And then they started playing with the wood.
It got bigger...
And bigger!!
We put together an End of the Season Soccer party so that Mikey could hand out the trophies.
The parents got together and got all of the coaches a bottle of liquor for their patience. They also got me a bottle of wine for everything that I do! So sweet!
All of the boys are staying together for the Spring Season!
One Friday, we had a very fun celebration. Our friend, Katie, used to work as an Assistant to one of the Reps at Mikey's company. She stopped working about 5 years ago when she had her daughter Charlotte. Her boss, never gave her a proper "Retirement Party" until now! A month or so before, we received a random invitation to "Katie's Retirement Party". It was all a big surprise. We all met at The Belmont Hotel which is a historic hotel in Dallas with a beautiful view of the skyline.
We hung out until Michael and Katie came. She was so surprised! Then we went to dinner at Tillman's Roadhouse which has amazing food! After dinner, they invited us to try out their new bar. We had the whole place to ourselves.
We spent the night at the hotel and then had a nice leisurely morning. We walked around the hotel and went to breakfast at the restaurant next door.
It was such a fun experience. We had a blast hanging out with some of our closest friends at dinner and then enjoyed some time just the two of us in the morning. It was a much needed little mini vacation!
Mikey took Bentley golfing one warm day.
The week of Thanksgiving when everyone was out of school, my high school besties got all of our kids together for a play date! Most of the time when we see each other it is just the girls so it was fun to see all of the kids together. We have 12 kids between the 5 of us. All of the kids played so well together. We were missing Kiley and the Nelson's. Kiley stayed home to have some special time with Daddie.
Kiley and Daddie had a fun date!
And finally, Grampy had knee replacement surgery 2 days before Thanksgiving!
