Last Week after our All Hands Meeting at work, my team threw me and Kiley a shower. It was such a nice surprise, I have never had anyone at work do anything like this for me. I recently joined a new team and the girls took charge! After our meeting was over, we had cheese and fruit and cake. They collected money and my VP matched the collection and they got us a nice gift certificate to Babies R Us. It was so nice of everyone.
The cake was so beautiful and yummy. It was half chocolate and half vanilla. Of course I went for the chocolate!! I took the booties home to my Dad, he loves sweets. I also got a few things from other coworkers, like the Diaper Genie II Elite and some fun things that Kiley needs and will love to play with. This was a nice start to my showers and I am looking forward to the other ones!
