Yeah for Mycah!!

I have to take a moment to brag about my little sister, Mycah. She recently graduated from Ogle School of Hair and has started working Downtown at a salon called Jan's of Dallas in One Main Place. It is such an amazing opportunity for her. She will be shadowing the owner, along with the other stylists in the shop, until she is ready to be on her own. She is able to work a normal work-week (9am-5pm), and has Saturdays off. It is the best of both worlds. We are so proud and excited for her. For those of you who work downtown or are down in the tunnels on occasion for lunch, stop by and say hi. She is taking referrals if you know anyone in need of a new hair stylist!

Now that she has the job, she is excited about moving out on her own. Let the apartment hunting begin!!! Mom and I can't wait to help her find the perfect little apartment and help her decorate to make it her own.

This weekend we are off to the Mehlenbacher House on Lake Jacksonville for some family time and fun in the sun. Hopefully we won't come back with too many crazy stories. Have a great weekend and Happy May!
