39 Weeks!

I am 39 weeks today and we are ready to meet Presley!! I have actually felt pretty good the last week or so. The weather has cooled off some and it makes such a difference.

I had a sonogram and checkup on Monday. According to the sonogram, she is growing on track. She measured 7 pounds 12 ounces, but there is a margin of error in the measurements. When I was 39 weeks with Kiley, they said she was 6'11, so I am estimating that Presley is probably in the 6 pound range.

I saw her little eyes open and closing and her tummy was moving up and down practicing breathing. It was the cutest thing. She seems to be getting ready to come out and meet us.

At my checkup, the doctor said that my cervix is ripening and I am almost 2CM dialated. She was able to scrape some membranes and feel Presley's head. It was so nice to hear that we are actually making progress because I had no signs of labor with Kiley!

My doctor is going to call the hospital to discuss possible induction dates if she does not come in the next few days, so stay tuned!!
