Presley's Potty Training!

A few weeks ago, we potty trained Presley. I read an ebook that was a 3 day potty training method! You basically have the child drink a lot of fluids all weekend and watch their every move. They wear panties and a shirt and every time they need to go potty you run them to the bathroom. When they go in the potty, they get a treat. It helps program their brain that when they need to go to the bathroom, they go in the big potty.

The Friday before the weekend, I took Presley shopping. She picked out 2 potty seats (one for upstairs and one for downstairs), big girl wipes, new big girl panties, a new cup, some yummy juice and plenty of treats (aka Candy)!



I put her treats in two different bowls. One was for going #1 in the potty and the other bowl was for #2.



On Saturday morning when she woke up, we took her LAST diaper off and put her pretty new panties and tank top on and filled up her cup!



She started getting silly with the posing.



Presley did so well! She only had two tee tee accidents before it clicked and one poo poo accident! She is such a smart little girl and she caught on so quickly. We are so proud of her! Having 3 in diapers is a lot of work and our little Presley Marie is making things easier on Mommy. And she gave Daddie got a pay raise! The other day, Presley needed to go #2 and she asked me for asked me for a magazine.



I think we can say that she has the hang of this potty thing! ?
