On Saturday, we hung around the house. Mikey cooked BBQ chicken on the grill and it was delicious. Kiley got a bath and then I took a shower and we got ready for Mikey to take us out to dinner for Baird date night. We went to Blue Goose and it was delicious. Kiley was such a good girl. She stayed awake while we waited at the bar to be seated. She loved all of the lights and the people. Her brain was probably going a mile a minute. Once we were seated, she fell asleep and let Mommy and Daddie enjoy a great dinner. It was so nice to get out of the house and enjoy the night. It was a big step for us in parenthood.
On Sunday morning, we went to church. This time we sat with the rest of the congregation instead of sitting in the baby room where we sat with her on Christmas Eve with people coughing everywhere. She stayed awake the whole Mass and she was such a good girl. I think she enjoys all of the music. After lunch, Mikey went to play tennis and I took Kiley for a walk. We try to take advantage of these nice days and get some exercise.
We had a great weekend, complete with a night out and church on Sunday. Our lives are starting to feel a little normal again. We are so thankful to have such a good girl that we can take out. Her 2 month checkup is on Tuesday!! Here are some pictures of our weekend.

Boo and Buddy enjoying the beautiful weather outside. Aren't they handsome boys!!

Kiley with her favorite rattle. We are working with her to hold it by herself. She let go and it slid down her arm before I could get a picture.
