Halloween 2019

Presley wanted to be a gumball machine this year and wanted to make it herself. So we went and got the shirt and pom poms and she went to work. Since Kiley doesn't really ask to be anything, I decided to make her a quarter for Presley's gumball machine. Bentley wanted to be DJ Marshmallow from Fortnite. Apparently that is a thing and I went to 3 stores to find the mask.

We went to our neighborhood Fall Festival.

The girls won the costume contest!

They went trick or treating at Marmee's work again this year! Bentley's favorite was the Dallas Cowboys station and Presley's was the crayola one. I wasn't feeling well and completely forgot to get a picture with the kids and Marmee.

Presley had cheer (will talk more about that in a later post) and they dressed as rainbows for their Halloween game. She came home and put her costume on for another festival and the makeup matched perfectly!

This was the Especially Needed Fall Festival and we met the Browns there to trick or treat together.

One of Bentley's friends parents invited us over for Halloween. We went over and had a drink before our block party.

Then we headed over to our annual block party. We made pudding shots again this year and they were a hit as always! The kids are growing up and I feel like our group of kids is getting smaller and smaller.

I would say our Halloween festivities were a success! It was pretty cold this year and Presley went trick or treating with her friends without us. Kiley ended up coming home earlier since it was so cold. Bentley went through a weird phase this year and he didn't want to trick or treat at all. He went to a couple of houses and stayed with me all night to hand out candy and/or pudding shots. We weren't exactly sure what that was about. Happy Halloween!
