Kiley's 1st Communion

In the midst of all of the end of school festivities, Kiley received her 1st Communion at Church. I was so nervous about it. If you know Kiley, you know that if she is put on the spot and asked to do something, she freezes. The church is very big about her receiving the communion at the Altar. She could have someone walk up to the Altar with her so Grampy took her. We have her on video. She took exactly one minute to take the Eucharist. The Priest was so good with her and ended up putting it in her mouth, but she did it!! Hallelujah!! Thanks to all of our family for coming to support us on a very special occasion!!

After Mass, everyone came back to the house. I made Chicken Burritos and we had Chocolate Chip Cookies to celebrate!
