Pre Christmas Fun!

We had our neighborhood Hot Chocolate with Santa in early December and it was almost 90 degrees. We don't have many pictures with Santa while wearing shorts.

Bentley told Santa what he wanted. A four year old boy takes these things very serious.

And then he got his face painted.

We went to Mikey's Work Christmas Party and had a blast as always. We always love the photo booth.

We had our annual girls Christmas at Lisa's again this year. She told us she had a big surprise and that no one could come early. We had no idea what she was up to. She put together a scavenger hunt for us and it was so much fun. She had little rhymes and puzzles for each one. It was so much fun and we got a lot of fun stuff. Stationary, coffee, chocolate....but apparently we only take pictures with the alcohol. She gave us these fun little bottles of tequila.

We thought it would be fun to take the shot together!

And then she did a fun one with our beverages of choice...back in the day...

Bentley had his Happy Birthday Jesus party and performance at school. They decorated cookies and wrapped their teacher up in toilet paper to make her a snowman.

I saw this on the wall while we were at the party.

This was our last preschool Christmas performance and Bentley had a line in it! He said, "Begins a story about a baby who most of you should know." He did awesome. The kids that had a line, lined up in the front to begin the program.

Then he went up and joined his class in the risers for a few songs. He did great!

I have always wanted an Aggie Christmas Tree and I finally got one in my office this year! It is a work in progress but so fun to decorate. We always buy a real tree for the living room so I can't have fun with all of the deco mesh and ribbon.

Bentley had a stocking stuffer gift exchange at school so I made these little cups for it.

The kids were out of school the entire week before Christmas so I had to get all of their presents wrapped before Bentley got out of school.

In addition to all of the kids presents, I had to have all of the teacher's gifts ready! I made shirts for Presley and Bentley's teachers with their monogram on them. I made the "see the able, not the label #kindnessmatters shirts for Kiley's teachers, paras and therapists. And then we personalized soap bottles for all of the specials teachers, and Bentley's curriculum, bible, music, and spanish teachers and Kiley's Gen Ed teacher. And then I did more of the chips and salsa for the bus driver and aide and Bentley's directors.

Presley got to decorate a gingerbread house at school.

So I will take this opportunity to note that we missed Santa at Daddie's work for the first time ever. We were so sad to miss, but we had a good reason. Kiley played Mary at a play that her Faith Formation class put on at church.

Presley had her class party.

Bentley's friend Brody invited him to a Polar Express PJ party on the girls' last day of school. I think I have said this before but Brody and Bentley were born on the exact same day. They have been in preschool together and will also go to the same school for Kinder. We had already been to the gym so Bentley didn't wear his PJs.

We went to Special Time with Santa as we do each year. Bentley had a double header and we had Addie's first birthday party that same day so the kids are all in random clothes. First we saw Mickey and Minnie.

And Olaf was there this year!

Picture with Santa!

Juice and cookies.

We went and looked at Christmas Lights on the golf cart.

Since the kids were home 7 days before Christmas we planned some fun things to do. We went to the movies one day. We made slime one day.

And we made cookies from scratch for Santa. The kids did so well decorating them!

And nothing better to end this post with than an adorable picture of Addie with Santa!
