The kids got to open their stockings and bags before brunch.
And then the rest of the presents had to wait until after brunch. Marmee's rule!!
The kids' last gift was a special one! Marmee and Guy got them watches! Presley's can call and text up to 10 people and has a pedometer. Kiley and Bentley's are vtech. They can play games, take pictures and videos and it teaches them to tell time.
This was Mikey's "special" present. My grandfather shot this bear and was going to sell it. Mom knew that Mikey would love it, so she bought it for him for Christmas. And since we have an animal print media room, she thought it would go well in my house. So thank you Mom, we now have 2 live animals in our media room and we don't even have a hunter in the house. The kids and I are still getting used to it...
Since Christmas was on a Monday, Marmee and Mycah had to go back to work on Wednesday. Even though we only had a couple of days together, we always make the best of them!!
They always love making play doh with Marmee!
Mom and I made the famous Bob Armstrong Dip. It was a lot of work but very good!
Tacos for dinner on Tuesday night!
Presley put on Mycah's rings and they almost fit!
We got Mom and Dad a couple of puzzles for Christmas!

We spent the rest of the break working on puzzles...
And putting away some of our new things from Christmas. This is where the bear went.
Marmee made this collage to go outside of our guest room.
And Marmee got the girls things to redo their bathrooms. It is still a work in progress but I made this curtain for their toilet/shower room that they share.
Oh, and my new heat press found a home in my office.
We had such a special Christmas and New Year's with Marmee, Guy, Dustin and Mycah. We loved making more fun memories.
