Showers!

In addition to taking the girls to birthday parties, I have also been busy hosting showers! One of my sweet friends and neighbors is expecting a baby boy. They have two girls that my girls love to play with and hopefully our boys will have fun together too! Myself and two other of our neighbor friends hosted a baby shower for Amy at a local restaurant. A couple pictures of the table.

Poor Amy was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, so we had to get her some sugar free cupcakes. They weren't near as good or near as pretty.

This is a closeup picture of the favors.

The whole gang!

The next shower, my girlfriends and I hosted a Couple's Shower for our dear friend Courtney and her fiance Kevin. This was the entry table and favors.

These are all of the props for the photo booth.

The mantle decor.

We had an italian dinner catered and it was delicious!

We tried these mini cupcakes for dessert and they were a hit. There were a lot of different flavors to choose from, so we had the couple pick 4 of their favorites!

The hostesses with the couple!

Courtney got us all bracelets for our hostess gift.

We had to get a closeup of the bracelets with her bling!

This is the conclusion of me hosting 5 showers in 5 months. My Mom, Sister and I hosted a baby shower for my Mom's best friend's, daughter, Kallie. They live in California, but have a lot of family here so we hosted for all of her Dallas family! The entry table.

The sign in sheet.

The banner. Yes, I know, the colors of the banner do not match the entry table. When we first started planning the shower and sent out invitations, Kallie had been told 3 times that she was having a girl. Less than two weeks before the shower, she was told she was having a boy. It sure sent her for a loop, but it did for our planning too! We tried to make the banner a little more boyish.

The food table.

The tables. Everyone had a place to sit down together for lunch.

More flowers.

We got the cupcakes from Dimples which is my favorite place. They were a hit!

It was so much fun hosting a shower with my Mom and my sister!
