We had a very busy weekend. It seems like there are a lot of showers and birthday parties lately! On Saturday, I went to my friend, Ann's, baby shower! She looked so cute!

While I was at the shower, the girls had a fun day with Daddie. They went to McDonald's for lunch!

And then they got to go shopping at Toys R Us!

They came home with some fun new toys! When I got home from the shower, Mikey was putting this together.

Presley is very possesive. We will have to work on sharing.

It is a truck like Daddie's!

After the girls woke up from their nap, we went to Mikey's Assistant, Ana's little boys first birthday party! They had hot dogs and hamburgers and a lot of fun snacks!

They had a pinata and Presley was one of the first ones to try because she was one of the smallest.

No luck, but she had fun.

One of the sides came off, so Daddie made it into a hat for Presley!

Presley got a sucker from the pinata after it broke.

And so did Kiley!

Axel's cake! It was very good. Kiley even ate some!

Kiley had so much fun dancing to the music!

The birthday boy with his cake!

Presley's first jello shot! She was a pro, we didn't even have to show her how to do it!

The girls playing with some of the kids at the party!

We put the girls right to bed when we got home after their big day! On Sunday morning, they woke up ready to play. This was another one of the toys that the girls got on Saturday!

Apparently slip n slides come with something to actually slide on now. Back in the day, we slid on our tummies!

Presley loved it!!

And so did Daddie!

And the girls ALSO got a new pool! We invited the neighbors over to come swim!

We had our friend, Jaime and his daughter Ava, over for dinner Sunday evening, so Ava joined the swim party too!

And they played on the swing set!

We had a fun filled weekend. So as you can see, when I leave the girls with Daddie, they get to do all kinds of fun stuff and get new toys. And then the week comes and they have to stay home and eat vegetables....something isn't quite fair. They love their new summer toys and will get a lot of use out of them this summer since we don't have a pool anymore!
