We stayed at the Magnolia Hotel in Downtown Houston. We checked in around 9pm. They had put a rollaway bed in the room instead of a crib. They took a while to bring the crib up, but Kiley's wasn't ready for bed anyway. She thought the hotel room was the coolest thing!

When Mom was putting her jammies on, her dress got stuck on her head. When I was little, I used to put tshirts on my head and pretend I had long hair. Kiley is already acting like Mommy!

Since we got in so late, we stayed in and ordered room service for dinner. The crib finally came and Kiley fell right to sleep.

On Friday morning, we got up early for the 9am graduation ceremony. It was at the new Toyota Center where the Houston Rockets play. I had to take a picture on the jumbo tron to get a closeup of Emily getting her diploma.

A picture of us with the graduate.

We went to lunch at a restaurant downtown called Cabo and then went back to our hotel room. We made Emily a scrapbook for graduation. She loved it. Here is a picture of Emily & Kiley. There was way too much going on for Kiley to pay attention to the camera.

On Friday night we went to dinner at a little Italian place down the street from our hotel. We packed Kiley up in her stroller and walked over. The weather was perfect. It wasn't humid at all. We sat outside and watched people walk to the Astros game. Guy & Kiley people watching.

When we got back to the hotel, we took Kiley up to the rooftop pool for her last feeding while guy went swimming. I took a picture of the Astro Game.

As soon as we got back down to our room, we heard fireworks and looked out the window. If only we had stayed up there a little longer, we would have had our own fireworks show!
Saturday morning after breakfast, we drove home for another busy weekend. Kiley was a trooper the whole way! She loves roadtrips.
