KC and Tom's Wedding

On Saturday, Mikey and I had our first night away without either of the girls! We took a road trip down to Austin for my friend, KC's wedding. Mikey had never eaten at Cracker Barrel, so we stopped there for lunch in Waco. We played checkers on the front porch while we waited for our table.

We looked through the store and they still have Mehlenbacher Taffy!

We got to Austin around 4pm. We checked into the hotel and got ready for the wedding. We even sat and watched TV in the peace and quiet for a few minutes. It was amazing! The shuttle for the wedding came to pick us up at 515pm. The ceremony started at 6pm. These candles were so pretty!

KC and Tom had their ceremony and reception at a place called Wild Onion Ranch. Everything was so pretty! This is the only picture I have of the happy couple.

We had so much fun on our mini weekend getaway. We missed our girls so much, but it was fun to spend time with each other. I love you honey!
