Mikey went to the Byron on Friday and we stayed in Friday night and watched movies. On Saturday, we went up to Frisco to Mikey's parents for a Memorial Day BBQ. It was really neat. They honored all of the Veterans in their community. Mikey's Dad fought in Vietnam, so we go to honor him also. It was so fun to attend. Sometimes we get caught up in the 3 day weekend celebrations and lose sight of what we are actually celebrating. Thank you to all of the men and women who have fought for our country!
On Sunday we had a pool party at our house. We had about 20+ people come over. We grilled hot dogs and hung by the pool all day. There were about 6 kids that came too. My how things have changed in just one year! Everyone had a great time. It was Kiley's first time to go swimming.

On Monday, Marmee and Guy came up and the 5 of us went up to the Baird for brisket. We hung by the pool and then ate a delicious dinner! It is so much fun to have Daddie home 3 whole days with no work! Happy Memorial Day!
