Bath Time

I took some fun pictures of Kiley before, during and after her bath on Sunday. She loves her baths. I can't wait to see her in the pool this summer.

She loves being in her bathrobe. It is so soft on her skin.

She is all soaped up!

She is getting more roles on her arms and legs like Mommy had when I was a baby.

She loves looking at herself in the mirror during her bath.

Time to dry off.

Kiley, look over here at Mommy.

Pretty girl. This is one of the outfits Marmee got Kiley for Valentine's Day.

She loves that fist.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday

On Friday, we met Chris, Robin and Caris for dinner at Jake's. Caris was born 9 days after Kiley. Jake's had a Mardi Gras party. There were a lot of fun decorations and specialty drinks. Both girls were so good. They even slept through the live music.

Insert Picture of Caris and Kiley holding hands (waiting for Robin to send it).

On Saturday, Grammy and Aunt Katie came over to see Kiley. We went to lunch at a new mexican restaurant down the street. It was very yummy.

On Sunday after church, we went over to the Belvin's new house. They moved in this weekend and they are only .7 miles from us. We are so excited to have them so close to us. On Sunday night, I took Kiley to Book Club with me. After dinner we stayed and watched The Oscars. Kiley loves hanging with the girls.

A couple of updates

Here is the picture that I mentioned in the last blog from our friend Michaelle. I love that it is personalized, it is so special. We hung it to the left of Kiley's closet and it looks perfect!

I also framed two of her pictures in this frame above her changing table. Mikey and I are different ages in our pictures, but I think we definitely look like a family. Can you tell who is who?

Kiley & Minnie Mouse

Here is a short video of Kiley talking to Minnie.

Happy Valentine's Day!!

We had a great Valentine's Weekend. Friday night, Mikey was in Orlando on a work trip, so we had the girls over for a game night to celebrate Tricia's birthday. We ate some yummy food and played Catch Phrase for a couple hours. It was so much fun, and Kiley was a very good girl hanging with the girls all night. Happy Birthday Tricia!

We picked Mikey up from the airport on Saturday. He had a Valentine's Day Surprise for Kiley from Disney World. It was a special Valentine's edition Minnie Mouse. Kiley loves it. She loves to stare and talk to Minnie. I will post a video of her new talking skills. If she is awake and happy, she talks non-stop. She has discovered her voice and she loves it.

Mikey went to the store and got some good steaks to cook for our Valentine's dinner. He grilled the steaks and I made parmesan mashed potatoes and creamed spinach from scratch. Our dinner was delicious.

Our Romantic Valentine's Dinner.

As most of you know, Valentine's Day is very special to Mikey and me. On Valentine's Day 2006, Mikey purposed to me on the 102nd floor of the Empire State Building in NYC, and last year is when our precious Kiley was created (sorry if that is TMI). We had fun reliving all of our Valentine's Days from when we first started dating to this Valentine's day with our precious Kiley.

I propped Kiley up on some pillows for her bottle feeding. She fed herself her whole bottle. It was adorable. She is such a big girl.

On Sunday, Marmee came up to keep us company. One of her friend's Michaelle came over to meet Kiley and brought her the most adorable picture for her room. We are going to hang it today and I will post a picture. Thanks so much Michaelle!

Look at the little girl in the pink bonnet....

Kiley is such a good girl on our walks, but she doesn't like the sun in her eyes. I tried putting a bonnet on her to block the sun. She looked so cute, I couldn't resist a photo op.

3 Months!

Kiley was 3 months yesterday! We can't believe it. She is growing and changing so much everyday. She is smiling a lot and she loves to show us how she can stand up on our lap. She has so much to say, especially when she wakes up in the morning. She is sleeping about 6 hours at night. We are taking her out more and more and she is such a good girl. She loves to see new things. She loves our walk/runs on the nice days and she enjoys playing with some of her little rattles. She is our sweet little angel.
