Car Parades

Car Parades became a thing pretty quickly for both birthdays and school functions. I can't even count how many we did, but I did get some pictures. Some we did on the golf cart, some we did on bike and some we did in the car. It all depended on the weather and the location. This one we followed the kids on their bikes in our golf carts.

This was one of the first ones where the teachers drove through. This is Presley's teacher, Mrs. Sanchez.

The kids made posters for their teachers.

This was the lovely lady that works at the front desk at the kids' school. We sure miss seeing her smiling face!

This one was a birthday drive thru for Presley's teacher. All of the kids skipped their zoom call and suprised her. So many cars!

This may have been Bentley's end of the year parade poster.

As I said earlier, we did SEVERAL parades. I got emotional multiple times during these. If it was a birthday, it reminded me that they couldn't be with their loved ones to celebrate their special day. If it was a school parade, it reminded me of how much time the kids lost not being in school and with their teachers. However, it was neat that the community found ways to come together to celebrate these milestones.
