School Bus!!

Kiley rides the school bus every day and Presley has always asked when she would get to ride. The answer was always NEVER because we live close to her elementary so we will take her to school. One of my neighbors called me and asked if the kids would like to go for a ride on a school bus. OF COURSE!!! Her husband is on the school board and was meeting with the transportation department and they offered to take their kids and some friends on a ride. We had been looking forward to it for days!!

I took the kids out for a special lunch for our special day. We never go out to lunch, especially with all 3 by myself but they talked me into it! Kiley has actually been eating very well and was able to eat chicken nuggets. I was so proud of her!

We thought they were going to just drive us around the parking lot, but they gave us a safety lesson and then took us for a ride around town.

We stopped at Presley's elementary school and practiced getting on and off the bus. We learned more safety tips too!
